Dennis A. Dudzik, P.E. - Founder

Mr. Dudzik has over 30 years of energy and environmental experience. He founded the International Association for the Advancement of Steam Power (IAASP) in May of 2000, and serves as the organization's President. In his current position with URS Corporation, he is responsible for the firm's energy program and contract implementation, program and project management, senior engineering and peer review, and client development activities for California's central valley. By bringing together the knowledge and experience of a project manager, state regulator, engineer, program manager, electric generation planner, and negotiator, Mr. Dudzik is dedicated to assisting steam power pioneers in successfully anticipating and navigating the roadblocks to new technology development and commercialization.

Mr. Dudzik currently serves, in a voluntary capacity, on the Board of Directors of the Aerospace Museum of California. He is past president of the Association of Professional Energy Managers (Sacramento), and is the recipient of the Mac Short Memorial Award for the development of an innovative steam engine expander. Mr. Dudzik served as District Training Director and a BSA Scoutmaster for over 15 years.
